We sincerely hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you encounter any reason for dissatisfaction, you have the option to return the product for either an online wallet credit (as a refund) or an exchange or to your bank account.

Please note that complaints related to issues such as Empty Box/Missing Product/Wrong Product Delivered/Defective Product Delivered will only be accepted for RETURNS against refund. All other requests will not be processed.

To ensure a smooth return process, we require a 360 Degree Parcel Opening Video in case of any of the mentioned issues. This video should clearly show the condition of the parcel and its contents. The complaint must be raised within 24 hours from the time of delivery. For verification purposes, ensure that the current timestamp is visible on the camera capturing screen during recording or have a separate physical device in the video displaying the current date in DD/MM/YYYY format and time in HH:MM:SS format.

Please be aware that if your order is delivered, but the order status is not updated, we kindly request you to wait for 2-3 days. Sometimes, it takes a little time for the courier company to update the shipping status. Rest assured, your 10-day return window will begin after the delivery status is updated. Your patience is appreciated.

Attention: We want to emphasize that we only provide support through our official support page on this website. Please be cautious of any telephone numbers claiming to be Goodsyoga found on the internet, as they are fraudulent and involved in credit/debit card fraud. Never disclose any personal information to such entities.

  1. Return and Refund Policy

Goodsyoga stick to following process and policies in accepting: (a) Product cancellations before the Product is delivered to a customer; or (b) Product returns, once a Product has been delivered to a customer after purchase from the Platform.

Returns are a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund as store credit or to your bank account is offered to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy if provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy given here. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.

Customers are required to read carefully and understand the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platform. The terms contained in Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein or at the product pages by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platform.

2. Terms of cancellation

2.1. Cancellation before dispatch:

2.1.1. A customer is eligible to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Goodsyoga Inventory.

2.1.2. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platform and after purchased Product(s) has successfully handed over to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the customer will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the customer in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.

2.1.3. Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the customer decide to cancel the purchase, the customer can do so by referencing the unique tracking identity number received by the customer and requesting Goodsyoga to process a cancellation by sending an email to customercare@Goodsyoga.in or by adding a note through their Goodsyoga account.

2.1.4. Refund: In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, Goodsyoga will initiate refunds. In cases where the Instant refund fails, the refund may take 7-10 working days from the date on which it received the request from the Customer.

2.1.5. In case of payment made through prepaid mode through any channel, the refund will be made through NEFT or RTGS. All refunds, except for refund to Goodsyoga customer e-Wallet, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank or payment gateway and product processing fee.

Refunds shall be processed by Goodsyoga through its normal banking channels except in cases where a User had utilised his/her Goodsyoga Wallet for purchase of Products. Where a User had utilised his/her Goodsyoga Wallet for payment towards the purchased Products, Goodsyoga shall process all refunds only into such User’s Goodsyoga Wallet. Further, should the User have used more than one payment option for the purchase of Products on the Platforms, Goodsyoga shall process all refunds through a Payment Option (as defined in the Fees and Payments Policy) Goodsyoga deems fit, in its sole discretion, to process such refunds. Once the amount is refunded into a User’s Goodsyoga Wallet, it cannot be further transferred to any other bank account or encashed, and would continue to remain in the User’s Goodsyoga Wallet until exhausted for shopping on the same platform.

2.2. Cancellation after dispatch: Please be informed that we do not process post-dispatch cancellations of orders. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to cancel it.

3. Terms of Return and Refund

All sales are final means that a customer would not be able to cancel or return a product once a purchase has been made. Goodsyoga applies this condition to products that are on sale and have offers or discounts.

The customer must bear the shipping costs at the time of return or exchange of the ordered products.

HOW TO PLACE RETURN REQUEST?

 You can go to our home page of our website and scroll down and click on Access My Account & then choose your order, click on Actions then on Return. Another way is to email at customercare@goodsyoga.in to request for a product return.

IMAGE (3):- Angle (i) Complaint area should be visible to identify the problem (for example – if defected then defected part should be visible and photo should be taken from 1 angle)

IMAGE (4) :- Angle (ii) Zoom image of product which has defect or issue to identify and validate your request (for example if size delivered to you is not that you have ordered then delivered product size should be clearly visible and photo should be taken from 2 angle)

NOTE:- If all required images and videos not uploaded at the time of placing request your RETURN REQUEST will be rejected. So kindly email above images and relevant 360 Degree Parcel Opening video to customercare@goodsyoga.in 

 If you proceed further with a return request you’ll be given an option of either store credit or exchange or refund back to your bank account.

I. Refund to store credit: In case you are provided with store credit, it will be valid for lifetime and can be used for future purchases on our website and are non-transferable. You will be provided with store credit once your return order is received and approved by us.

Maximum courier charges credit: For eligible returns where the initial product delivery incurred courier charges, we may credit your website online wallet with the maximum amount spent on courier charges up to a predefined limit. Courier receipt will be required. The actual credit amount will depend on the specific circumstances and our policy at the time of the return. Actual courier charges or Rs. 100/- whichever is lower will be credited.

II. In case you want to Exchange it with the same product with size & colour or you want different order then through email you would be redirected to a page where you can select any other item you want in exchange.

Then your return/exchange request will be placed.

Once the claim is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product. We will either replace the item depending on product availability and your preference or provide a store credit or refund to your bank account.

Customer-Initiated Return Shipment:

     Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. The product should be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

     Return shipping method: Customers are generally free to choose the shipping method and carrier for the return shipment. However, we may require specific shipping methods or carriers for certain products or circumstances. Please follow our instructions to ensure a smooth return process. Choose a courier company with proper tracking option.

Kindly take acknowledgement slip with tracking information from the courier company at the time of return and email, whatsapp or send it to us though your account (click on orders and then mention or upload tracking information) on the website.

You should return the product from your respective address such that it reaches within 10 days after your refund as store credit is approved.

Refund/Exchange is only possible once per order and we do not accept refund/exchange for used products.

Handmade or Hand block products will be returned only if there is any quality, defect issue (color issue dark or light will not be covered) or if the product is not as per your order.

Lac bangles are non returnable since they are often delicate and prone to breakage or damage during transit or handling. Accepting returns could result in a higher risk of receiving broken or damaged items, which would be challenging for us to resell.

In case of returns, for any refund claim your returned product will be checked for the following conditions:

Complete ProductAll in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused ProductThe product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged ProductThe product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged PackagingThe product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

Refund claim will not be entertained if the returned product does not meet any of the above conditions.

Please note that proper return reason should be mentioned at the time of placing exchange/refund request, as without proper return reason, we will not accept return request.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received.

4. General Rules for a successful Return

Customer should raise a request to return the product within 24hrs of product delivered.

Any product kept in its original form of packing, tags, bills and condition will be entitled to be exchanged or returned if the customer deems so. All items must be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receipt of the good/product.

In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, we may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue store credit or a coupon code for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.  In Open Box Delivery, courier person will open the package in front of you at the time of delivery. Both outside as well as the brand packing is opened and shown to you. This ensures that you only receive what you ordered. Open Box Delivery will only be available for selected pin codes depending on the courier company. 

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for us to investigate. 

5. Non returnable Products: Goodsyoga shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any of the Non returnable Products, except  if there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Goodsyoga after due verification at its sole discretion) or if such Non-returnable Products are delivered late (except in case of force majeure including COVID-19 or any unavoidable circumstances). The User shall initiate a request for returning such Non-returnable Products on the Platforms not later than 24hrs from the date of delivery of Product.

Such other Products as may be specified by Goodsyoga from time to time.

6. Changes to the Returns and Exchanges Policy:

6.1. Policy updates: We may update or modify this Returns and Exchanges Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
